How do I restore my purchase?

Go to the Profile tab, tap the Premium Card, and look for 'Restore Purchases'.

Is the app free?

Yes, the app is free to download and includes a selection of free categories and features. Premium unlocks the full library.

Why aren't notifications working?

iOS requires explicit permission. Go to your iPhone Settings > Daily Affirmations > Notifications and ensure 'Allow Notifications' is turned ON.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed by Apple. Go to your iPhone Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions > Daily Affirmations > Cancel Subscription.

Will my favorites be saved if I reinstall?

Your favorites are stored locally on your device. If you delete the app, they will be reset unless you have a cloud backup of your device.

Troubleshooting

Premium not activating after purchase

  • • Check your internet connection
  • • Ensure you are signed in to the correct Apple ID
  • • Tap the 'Restore Purchases' button on the paywall
  • • Restart the app completely

No sound playing

  • • Check if your device is in Silent Mode (hardware switch)
  • • Ensure the volume is turned up
  • • Verify that 'Background Music' is enabled in the Vibe menu
  • • Try selecting a different music track

Notifications not arriving

  • • Open iPhone Settings → Daily Affirmations → Notifications
  • • Ensure 'Allow Notifications' is toggled ON
  • • Check if a 'Focus Mode' (Do Not Disturb) is active
