Car Rental Terms and Conditions

To ensure that you can benefit from our car rental service safely and without any problems, please carefully review the following rental terms and conditions.

1. Driver Age and Driving Licence

  • The minimum driver age for renting a vehicle is 21.

  • The driver's licence must generally have been held for at least 1 year.

  • Additional age and driving licence requirements may apply to certain vehicle categories.

  • International customers may be required to present an International Driving Permit (IDP) where applicable.

2. Required Documents

The following documents must be presented when collecting the vehicle:

  • Valid passport or identity card

  • Valid driving licence

  • Valid credit card or an accepted payment method

  • Reservation details

Additional documents or verification may be requested from international customers.

3. Mileage Limit

  • The daily mileage limit is 200 km.

  • If the daily mileage limit is exceeded, an additional charge of 6 TL per excess kilometre will apply.

  • The total mileage is calculated based on the entire rental period.

4. Deposit

  • A deposit of 2,500 TL is required when the vehicle is collected.

  • The deposit serves as security for any additional charges, traffic fines, damages or other liabilities that may arise during the rental period.

  • When the vehicle is returned safely and in full accordance with the rental conditions, the deposit will be refunded after any applicable deductions have been made.

5. Traffic Fines

  • All traffic fines and related legal charges incurred during the rental period are the responsibility of the customer.

  • If a traffic fine is received by us after the rental period has ended, the relevant amount may be charged to the customer.

6. Who Is Allowed to Drive the Vehicle?

  • The vehicle may only be driven by authorised drivers whose names and details are included in the rental agreement.

  • Persons who are not specified in the rental agreement are not permitted to drive the vehicle.

  • The renter is responsible for any damage, fines or other expenses resulting from the use of the vehicle by an unauthorised driver.

7. Vehicle Collection and Return

  • The vehicle is inspected and handed over after checking its general condition and fuel level.

  • At the end of the rental period, the vehicle must be returned in the same condition in which it was received.

  • Any new damage or missing items identified during the return inspection will be assessed, and the relevant costs may be charged to the customer where applicable.
