Welcome to Daily Affirmations. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Daily Affirmations mobile application ("App") operated by Abdülsamet Kalkan ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Daily Affirmations, you confirm that you accept these Terms and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the App.

2. Subscription Services

2.1 Premium Features

The App offers a "Premium" subscription that grants access to additional features, including unlimited categories, background themes, and audio tracks.

2.2 Billing & Cancellation

  • Payment: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase. Prices are displayed in the App and may vary by region.
  • Auto-Renewal: Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.
  • Management: You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store after purchase.

2.3 Refunds

All purchases are final. Refunds for subscriptions are handled directly by Apple. We do not have the ability to issue refunds for Apple App Store transactions.

3. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content (excluding user-generated content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Abdülsamet Kalkan and its licensors.

4. Apple Device Terms

If you have downloaded the App from the Apple App Store, the following additional terms apply:

  • This Agreement is concluded between you and us only, not with Apple.
  • Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to the App.
  • Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims you have or any claims of any third party relating to the App.
  • Apple and Apple’s subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this Agreement.
